South Korea Comes to a Standstill for Test-Takers; Nigerian Colleges Win Autonomy
This month, South Korea just about turned the country upside down to accommodate students taking the national university entrance examination.
On November 6, 720,000 test-takers jammed 978 sites to take an examination that lasted 10 hours.
