Sorting Out a Mess at Grambling
Now that its books have finally been audited, the university pledges to keep its ledger straightAt first glance, the gathering seemed like nothing more than a standard football pep rally.
Hundreds of Grambling State University students, faculty members, alumni, and other boosters filled the Black and Gold room in the university's student union one afternoon last month. Many of them were dressed in those very colors -- Grambling's own -- and a handful of students
