Software Problems Cost Millions for North Dakota U. System
Problems with PeopleSoft software at the North Dakota University System have led officials to re-evaluate their approach and bring in some new help.
As it stands, getting all the software to work correctly will run millions of dollars over budget, officials say, even though many of the problems have been fixed.
