Social Justice From the Campus

I applaud David J. Skorton's call for an educational Marshall Plan to address socioeconomic inequalities that threaten us all ("A Global Outreach Plan for Colleges," The Chronicle Review, September 21). However, Mr. Skorton has left the prime movers out of his equation: the students.
