The chronic bubonic was so federal that one student decided to hork it.If you were a student at the University of California at Los Angeles, you'd know the translation:
The really potent marijuana was so extremely good that one student decided to take it all for himself.
That's according to the U.C.L.A. linguistics department's newly released slang dictionary.
