In her recent essay, Grace Palladino incorrectly stated that the plan to shelve books by height at the Library of Congress is "in the works" ("Out of Sight, Out of Mind: Shelving by Height at the Library of Congress," Opinion, June 11). In fact, the library has deferred a fuller exploration of shelving options -- including that of fixed location -- for portions of the collection, pending
