Sense and Censorship
City officials in Oxford, Ohio, fear that fans of the rapper 50 Cent may become violent at a concert this month on the main campus of Miami University.
Jane Howington, the city manager, sent a letter to university officials urging them to reconsider plans to play host to the controversial rapper. She worries that fans will riot when they arrive at the university's Millett Hall and discover that all 4,000 of the $10 tickets have been sold.
