Senators Clash With HHS Secretary Over Bush Stem-Cell Plan
Tommy G. Thompson, the secretary of health and human services, announced last week that he had secured a "groundbreaking" agreement that allows government researchers to study stem cells derived at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
