Senate Considers Bill to Offer New Tax Breaks on College Costs
The U.S. Senate last week began debating a $4.3-billion measure that includes tax provisions to benefit parents saving money for postsecondary education, people who are paying back college loans, and employees who take graduate-level courses paid for by employers.
