Security Software Enables Some Universities to Administer Exams With Laptops
As laptops become more popular in college classrooms, some faculty members are letting students use them to take midterm and final exams.
Professors praise the gains in efficiency but worry about whether laptops are reliable enough for exam-taking and whether the machines may invite new forms of cheating during exams.
