Security Guards Briefly Disrupt Student Lobbyists' News Conference
No one was hurt, and no one was arrested.
But student lobbyists were surprised when a news conference they held this month outside the headquarters of the U.S. Education Department, in Washington, was temporarily disrupted by federal security guards.
The United States Student Association organized the event to accuse the Clinton Administration of backing away from its promise to widen access to college
