'Scientific American' Starts Journal of Neuroscience and Psychology; Public Library of Science Adds 3 New Titles
COMING TO AMERICA: The publishing house that owns Scientific American has started a magazine of neuroscience and psychology from its New York office, but most of the contents come from overseas.
