Science Library Stages Avant-Garde Plays, One Viewer at a Time
The State University of New York at Albany's new science library, normally a place for research and quiet conversation, has transformed itself into an avant-garde playhouse. Thanks to the university's Technology Plays Project, the library's atrium will be the site of six different performances, each running throughout November.
But theatergoers won't see prop-laden stages or costumed classmates. Instead, they will file one at a time into small booths to watch interactive, short-form
