Scholars' Network Plans International Survey of Academic Freedom

An advocacy group for persecuted scholars around the world plans to establish country-by-country surveys of threats to academic freedom.

The group, which is based at the university, plans to conduct a pilot survey of 10 nations, which have not yet been determined, said its director, Robert Quinn.
