Scholarly Presses Publish Eclectic Group of Books on War-Crimes Tribunals and 'Truth Commissions'

TRUTH AND CONSEQUENCES: Since the mid-1980's, nearly 20 national "truth commissions" around the world have brought atrocities out of the shadows. United Nations tribunals have indicted war criminals from Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia.
