Scholar Uses Web to Coordinate Emergency-Response Teams
In the aftermath of this summer's devastating hurricanes, Florida has become ground zero for emergency-response teams from across the country. For them, coordinating cleanup projects and other fieldwork is an essential task -- and, often, a daunting one.
