Saudi Arabia Helps Palestinian Colleges
In an emergency effort to assist ailing Palestinian colleges, the government of Saudi Arabia is distributing a $200,000 grant to each of the 12 Palestinian higher-education institutions in the West Bank and Gaza, and paying some student fees.
