Salaries for College Administrators Increase by 4.8%
The median salary of college administrators continues to outpace inflation, increasing 4.8 percent in the 2000-1 academic year from the previous year, according to an annual survey by the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.
The 2000-1 survey marks the seventh straight year that salary increases for administrators have beaten inflation, the longest stretch in the survey's 33-year history. The Consumer Price Index measured
