Saddle Sure
On horseback, Jessica Snyder relies on her sense of balance. But unlike the other riders on the equestrian team at Lake Erie College, she cannot rely on her sense of sight.
Ms. Snyder is legally blind. A sophomore at the college in Painesville, Ohio, she competed last month in her first dressage show, placing seventh out of the nine riders in her category.
