SUNY-Plattsburgh's Ex-President Headed to Grambling; U. of Southern California Woos a Tech-Savvy Business Dean; Several Colleges Get New Presidents
GRAMBLING GAMBLE: Grambling State University, which has been recovering from financial and accreditation troubles, has a new president. Horace A. Judson, who resigned from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh in 2003 but remained on the payroll while taking a year's sabbatical, will take over on June 1.
