SUNY-Plattsburgh's Ex-President Headed to Grambling; U. of Southern California Woos a Tech-Savvy Business Dean; Several Colleges Get New Presidents

GRAMBLING GAMBLE: Grambling State University, which has been recovering from financial and accreditation troubles, has a new president. Horace A.
