SUNY College at Geneseo Found Guilty of Sex Discrimination
A theater-and-dance professor who lost her tenure-track job at the State University of New York College at Geneseo six years ago has persuaded a judge that she should be reinstated.
In a ruling last month, U.S. District Court Judge Michael A. Telesca found the college guilty of sex discrimination and ordered it to rehire Randy Barbara Kaplan and pay her $117,000 in lost wages and benefits.
