SUNY-Albany Must Share Professors' Reading Lists With Off-Campus Bookstores, N.Y. Court Rules
A New York appeals court has ruled that the State University of New York at Albany must share faculty members' course-book lists with an off-campus store that competes with the university's own bookshop.
