Russian Skinheads Attack Foreign Students; Papuan Group Threatens to Shut University; U. of Chicago to Create French Center; Polish Students Want American Blood
Skinheads have attacked foreign students in Volgograd.
The rector of the Volgograd Academy of Medical Sciences, in Russia, denounced the attack this month by some skinheads on Indian students attending the academy. The newspaper Izvestia reported that the skinheads attacked the students with brass knuckles, bicycle chains, and metal bars. A student from Morocco said skinheads had warned him that they were going to kill a foreign student on Hitler's birthday,
