Ruling Sets Back Florida Lawsuit Over Who Has Authority to Set Tuition
A Florida judge dismissed a lawsuit Thursday brought by a former governor of Florida, Bob Graham, and the Board of Governors of the state university system, who sought to strip tuition-setting authority away from state legislators.
