Rising Tuition and Bush's Budget Top Agenda at Meeting of College Leaders

The top policy maker on higher education in the U.S. House of Representatives expressed support last week for President Bush's plan to raise the maximum Pell Grant by $500 over the next five years, but he questioned some of the ways in which the president proposes to pay for the increases.
