Ripon Cuts Jobs, Citing Enrollment Shortfall
Ripon College is cutting more than a dozen positions, with additional cuts to come, after freshman enrollment at the small liberalarts institution fell short of projections.
Ripon budgeted for a freshman class of 280, which has been the first-year enrollment for the past two years, said the college's president, Paul B. Ranslow. However, only 203 freshmen enrolled.
