I have read Thomas Doherty's "Leni Riefenstahl: Ethics of an Auteur" (The Review, August 9), and my mind is now made up. Riefenstahl is innocent. ...
Riefenstahl made magnificent films, and her career and life were blighted by what happened in the following years; that's all there is to say.
