Rhodes Scholars Accuse Program's Administrator of Neglecting His Obligations
Rhodes Scholars have circulated a petition that accuses the administrator of their century-old fellowship program, at the University of Oxford, of neglecting his traditional obligations to the scholars in favor of commitments in southern Africa.
The petition, in a letter addressed to the Board of Trustees of the Rhodes Trust and the Warden of Rhodes House, expresses the scholars' "frustrations and disappointments" with the performance of J.S. Rowett, warden since September
