The National Articulation and Transfer Network relaunched today with a Web site featuring information for students and institutions alike. Highlights include a college-search function, links to different states’ transfer policies, and research on best practices. The network, a membership organization, is now run by the Alliance for Equity in Higher Education and the Institute for Higher Education Policy. The City College of San Francisco started the organization in 2003 with help from a federal grant. —Elyse Ashburn
