Revamp of Sciences Proposed at Harvard
A faculty-led committee planning the future of Harvard University's science and engineering programs has released a preliminary report that calls for sweeping structural and pedagogical changes across the university.
The key recommendation in the report, "Enhancing Science and Engineering at Harvard," issued this month by the 24-member committee, is that Harvard should create a universitywide planning body to bridge its science departments, medical school, and hospitals.
