Researchers Who Teach at Community Colleges
To the Editor:
In the colloquy in print with Richard A. Moyer ("Teaching at a Community College," July 6, The Review), there was a question concerning research by community-college faculty members: "I am primarily interested in teaching and would welcome a position at a community college. ... Moyer's response -- "Don't bring up research. Community colleges are teaching institutions." -- does
