The November 21 issue of The Chronicle contained an article entitled "What 15 Top Anthropologists Are Working On Now." In this article, the selected researchers described in capsule form their current and future research projects. Apparently, the purpose of this article was to inform the readership of The Chronicle about state-of-the-art research being conducted in an academic field
