Research-Misconduct Lawsuit Dismissed
A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and several related parties that was filed by participants in a melanoma study there.
The litigation is one of five actions against universities -- all brought by or involving the same New Jersey lawyer, Alan C. Milstein -- that accuse them of violating the rights of medical-research subjects.
