Research Librarians Discuss How to Sell Scholars on Open Access, and More

Budgets are never far from librarians' minds these days, but at the membership meeting of the Association of Research Libraries, held here Wednesday and Thursday last week, attendees had other pressing matters to consider: how to support public access to research, how to reform the Federal Depository Library Program, how to manage special collections in the digital age.
