Rescue Plan in Hand, Student-Loan Companies Are Coming Back

Many student-loan companies are still assessing the industry-rescue plan outlined on Wednesday by Education Secretary Margaret Spellings (The Chronicle, May 22). Several that left the federal loan program, however, have seen enough and are jumping back in.
