Report on Latino Students Notes High Enrollment Rate, Lower Graduation Rate
Latino high-school graduates of all ages go to college at a higher rate than most other major ethnic groups in the United States, but they trail all other groups in earning undergraduate degrees, a new study shows.
"The report points to an area of intervention that I think has been somewhat overlooked, which is that there are large numbers of Latinos who are enrolled in college but who, for a variety of reasons, don't reach a degree," said Roberto Suro, director of the Pew Hispanic
