Report by Rutgers Professors Slams Departing President
A faculty group at Rutgers University released a survey last month that blasted the performance of the university system's departing president, Francis L. Lawrence. Although Mr. Lawrence has announced his resignation, faculty leaders say the survey is still relevant because it cites many flaws in the governance structure that the president put in place over his 12 years at Rutgers.
