Report Urges States to Better Align Colleges and Schools
States must do a better job of promoting collaboration between colleges and elementary and secondary schools, according to a report issued by three education-policy groups.
"The Governance Divide: A Report on a Four-State Study on Improving College Readiness and Success" was issued last week by the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education, the Stanford Institute for Higher Education Research, and the Institute for Educational Leadership.
