Report Urges NCAA to Revamp Policies
The National Collegiate Athletic Association needs to update its enforcement and infractions procedures, according to a report issued last week by a Washington law firm.
In the report, James C. Duff, a lawyer and former chief of staff for the U.S. Supreme Court, recommends more than 50 changes in the association's enforcement, hearing, and appeals processes.
