Report Suggests New Approaches to Higher Education

States looking to change their approaches to higher education have a new report to examine for ideas.

"Thinking Outside the Box: Policy Strategies for Readiness, Access, and Success" marks the final installment of a six-year research project undertaken by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education, with financial support from the Lumina Foundation for Education.
