Report Cites Racial Gap in Student Performance
Regardless of economic background, students who are black, Latino, or American Indian don't perform as well as their white or Asian counterparts, from kindergarten through college, says a new report from the College Board.
The authors contend that the trend will continue unless the young people are guided through troubled academic waters using a process that the report calls "affirmative development."
