New Report Challenges 'Negative Propaganda' Around U.S. Competitiveness in Degree Attainment
A provocative new report being released on Wednesday by the Institute for Higher Education Policy argues that much of the data that is used to compare higher-education systems in the United States and other countries is poorly understood and analyzed, and that the comparisons themselves therefore end up being misinterpreted and easily manipulated.
