Report Card on Higher Education in the States Influences Their Legislatures
Now it's time for the lecture from the parents.
As state lawmakers returned to work this month, many of them got their first look at a national report card grading the states on how well they deliver higher education. A few legislators didn't like what they saw in the report card, which was released in November by the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education.
