Report Calls on Colleges to Reverse Lack of Racial Diversity in the Health Professions
A lack of racial diversity in the health-care professions directly threatens the health of at least one-third of the U.S. population and indirectly hurts millions more people, according to a report released last week. Colleges and universities can play a key role in reversing the situation, it says.
