Report Briefs Congress on Colleges' Antipiracy Efforts
In a report sent to Congress last month, auditors from the U.S. General Accounting Office outlined some of the steps colleges are taking to prevent illegal file sharing.
The document contains few surprises, and it is unclear whether it will prompt lawmakers to alter existing federal policies.
