Registrars' Group Wins Trademark Battle
The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers has won an extended trademark-infringement battle against Jean-Noel Prade and the American Universities Admission Program Inc., which asserts that it guarantees foreign students admission to "the best American universities possible."
