As a neurologist and a researcher, I was disappointed by the Ohio Supreme Court's decision to reject the request of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, my employer, for videotapes from Ohio State University's research on spinal-cord injuries ("Animal-Rights Groups Fight Colleges Over Access to Research Records," The Chronicle, March 31).
