Recent Graduate Opposes U. of Oregon's Plan for Campus Pub
Kristen J. Downey is the student politician who said "The Pub Stops Here."
Ms. Downey, who graduated from Oregon State University in June, became a thorn in the administration's side this spring when she took the unlikely step of opposing a plan for a brew pub in a new campus dining center.
