Recent Developments in For-Profit Higher Education

• In February, programs offered by ITT Technical Institutes, owned by ITT Educational Services Inc. and those of Western International University, a subsidiary of the Apollo Group Inc., were approved by regulators from the Beijing Municipal Education Commission.
