Rates for Online Broadcasting Worry College Radio Stations
The head of the Library of Congress has released a final schedule of the fees that radio stations must pay to record companies for playing their music online. The fees are slightly lower than those recommended in February by an arbitration panel, but college radio stations say they are still too high, and record companies insist that they are too low.
